Welcome to P2/3!
Hello everyone, and a very warm welcome to our Primary 2/3 class!
We're so excited to begin Term 1 together. This term will be filled with getting to know each other, fun learning, new challenges and lots of opportunities to grow.

World Around Us
Our topic is The Local Community, we'll be learning about the people, places and history that make our village special.
Through this topic, the children will:
-Explore important places in Laurencetown, such as the church, shops, GAA pitch, and community centre.
-Learn about the roles that different people play in our community.
-Discover how Laurencetown has changed from the past.
-Create maps and simple plans of the local area.
