Today’s challenge is linked to WAU and Literacy. The little Red Hen used wheat to make her bread. I challenge you, along with an adult, to look in your kitchen cupboards for items that contain wheat. Plus a little extra challenge - How many words can you make with the letters of the word wheat? I’ll give you one word: ‘at’. Good luck.

Change the word ‘cat’ into the word ‘dog’ by changing one sound at a time in each section. The two missing words must be proper words. Do any of your words rhyme? Good luck.
