Today’s challenge is a Numeracy one. Look at the purse below. Two coins are taken out of this purse. Find all the possible combinations. Good luck.

15th May - Good morning boys and girls. I received more challenge photos yesterday - well done, you are stars!  Yesterday’s answers are below.

Today’s challenge is linked to WAU and Literacy. The little Red Hen used wheat to make her bread. I challenge you, along with an adult, to look in your kitchen cupboards for items that contain wheat. Plus a little extra challenge - How many words can you make with the letters of the word wheat? I’ll give you one word: ‘at’. Good luck. 

14th May - Good morning boys and girls. Thanks again for your challenge photos, I am so proud of you! Today’s challenge is a Literacy challenge. Change the word ‘cat’ into the word ‘dog’ by changing one sound at a time in each section. The two missing words must be proper words. Do any of your words rhyme? Good luck.

I hope you are still eating your healthy break. I used my fruit and veg to make some repeating patterns. I enjoyed eating my fruit caterpillars!

I challenge you today to tell an adult what the next 2 items will be in each of my fruit/veg patterns. Maybe afterwards you could make your own repeating pattern using natural or man made materials. Have fun!

Today’s challenge is a WAU one. Can you find 3 objects in your house/on your walk that are man-made and 3 objects that are natural?
