WAU - The Farm

  • Listen to the song Old Macdonald had a Farm and join in with the verses that you know.

  • Are there any animals in the song which are also in the story What the Ladybird Heard from our Literacy section. Can you name them? Choose one or two of these animals. Draw and label the animals using phonics knowledge to help spell the words.

This week we're going to look at farm vehicles and equipment. Look at the links below. Discuss what each vehicle is used for plus the old / new equipment. Do you know anyone who used the old equipment? or anyone who uses new equipment now. Maybe you could design a tractor for the future. Have fun!laugh
