24/01/21 Note from Miss Hoy

Sunday 24th January 2021.

Hello to all our parents and guardians and a great big HELLO to you, Primary One! laugh

Did you have a nice weekend?

Today, Sunday, marks the start of Catholic Schools Week. Our school focus is ‘Hope’ - very apt during these unprecedented times. I hope that my family and friends all remain safe and healthy. That is my hope for you and your families too boys and girls and I hope and pray that we will be back together in school soon!  It would be great if you would send in some drawings or photographs of things that represent ‘Hope’ for you and your families.

Last week we had lots of different types of weather. I was delighted to see the snow fall very late last night! wink

Remember to get lots of exercise, PLAY and continue to do what you can, no pressure, yet I know you’ll do your very best. yes

Once again boys and girls, please take care and stay safe. Keep sending in your photos! It’s lovely to see how all your skills are developing: self-management skills, cutting, painting / drawing skills, number skills, handwriting skills and sentence work, to name but a few, plus your creative skills are amazing - well done! I've added another wee certificate below – I am so proud of you! Seeing your work and especially all of your smiley faces makes my day and our Zoom assembly just fills my heart with joy! When I’m in school tomorrow I’ll pick out another ‘Star of the Week’ and let you all know as soon as I can. yes

Have a great week everyone, enjoy the snow today!

Miss you lots.

God bless. heart
